Job: Front-end Developer

Moral Metric is seeking a front-end web developer to help us refine our user experience. The ideal candidate has a balanced right brain/left brain blend. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of design. Someone whose right brain keeps them up at night worrying about pixels, and whose left brain understands and embraces the MVC model, and is comfortable navigating the source code of a Ruby on Rails project.

Skills: XHTML/CSS, Ruby on Rails, strong sense of design that incorporates advertising

Location: Golden, CO

Required to apply:

  • XHTML/CSS
  • Strong mastery of web typography and layout
  • Fanatical appreciation of web standards

Desired Experience:

  • Ruby on Rails or similar framework
  • XHTML/CSS
  • Flash/ActionScript a plus
  • Content presentation and layout
  • Advertising optimization

What you will be doing:

  • Front-end design for Ruby on Rails web applications
  • Modifying and improving existing XHTML/RHTML source code and CSS
